How we find, verify and refresh contact data.
How do you find phone numbers and emails?
We collect data legally and ethically from publicly available sources. To learn more about how we handle data, read our GDPR Policy.
How fresh is your data?
Work history, company profiles and the rest of our database are refreshed every 30 days.
We refresh phone numbers every 3 months to keep them accurate.
For work emails, we re-verify every time a contact is fetched. If an email turns out to be invalid, we automatically discard it and look for a more accurate one.
How good is your data coverage?
Coverage varies by industry, country, and job title, but on average it’s around 50–60% for mobile numbers and 90%+ for work emails. Want numbers specific to your target market? Ask our sales team.
What if a phone number found on Reachfast is wrong?
About 5–10% of the time, a direct dial may be inaccurate — it happens. That is why every plan includes our 100% accuracy guarantee: if a direct phone number from the Reachfast database is wrong, just report it to our support team and we’ll refund your credits.
The guarantee doesn’t apply to phone numbers fetched through our 7+ data provider waterfall.
Is Reachfast GDPR compliant?
Yes. Reachfast has been GDPR compliant since our inception in 2024, and we apply GDPR requirements across the whole platform. Read the full GDPR Policy.
How do I opt out or remove my data?
Submit our Opt-out form to request removal of your data. For other privacy requests, such as access or correction, contact us at support@reachfast.ai. Our GDPR Policy has the details.

1 work or personal email = 1 credit
1 direct phone number = 10 credits
Best time to call someone = 2 credits per person

Do I pay if nothing is found?
No. If we don’t find an email or phone number, you aren’t charged any credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits roll over for 1 month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Which plan do I need for the API, CRM, Zapier and AI assistants?
The Professional plan ($259.99/month). It includes the Reachfast API, CRM integrations, Zapier and AI assistant connectors (Claude and ChatGPT), along with unlimited people and company search and the multi-provider data waterfall.
Do you offer team plans?
Every plan includes 1 seat. For larger teams, we offer custom plans through our sales team.

Yes. Sales teams can find their ideal customers (ICP) who recently changed jobs or work at companies using a specific technology, find companies that are hiring, and find decision makers within an organization.
You can also describe what you sell, for example “I sell XYZ IT services”, and our AI finds the relevant people at a specific company.
What can recruiters search by?
You can find candidates by skills, certifications, languages spoken, current company, past company, tenure, “open to work” status and more.
What is “best time to call”?
Reachfast can find the best time to call someone. It costs 2 credits per person.
Can I enrich a list in bulk?
Yes. Upload a CSV and Reachfast enriches the whole list in bulk.
Which CRMs and tools does Reachfast integrate with?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Bullhorn and Zoho CRM, plus 1,000+ CRM integrations through Zapier. There is also a REST API, connectors for AI assistants (Claude and ChatGPT) and a Chrome extension.
The API, Zapier, CRM and AI assistant integrations require the Professional plan.
